Security Deposit

A £200.00 cash security deposit is required on arrival, cards not accepted. Deposit will be refunded by BACS payment with deduction of Heating & Electricity Fee's, less any damages if applicable.

Summer Fee's (May-Sept)

• Heating & Electricity: £70.00/week
• Open Fire fuels included

Winter Fee's (October - April)

• Heating & Electricity: £70.00/weekend
• Heating & Electricity: £100.00/week
• Open Fire fuels included

Our Anderson EV charger allows charging your vehicle during your stay, simply request charging and once authorised by the manager, an invoice will be provided for the energy used.
